4. Shipping & Delivery

5. Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day replacement policy for eligible products under the following conditions:
- Item is defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended.
- Customer must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be returned in original packaging with accessories and invoice.
⚠️ No returns are accepted for:
- Installed/opened GPS devices with configuration done
- Software-based subscriptions

Most products come with a manufacturer warranty of up to 1 year (unless stated otherwise).
Warranty covers only manufacturing defects and excludes:

- Improper installation or misuse
