We value your satisfaction and aim to deliver quality products with smooth service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how returns and refunds are handled.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The item delivered is damaged, defective, or not functioning as described.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The item is incomplete or missing accessories.
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and reported within the return window.

⚠️ Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • GPS devices that are already configured or installed.
  • Products damaged due to improper use, tampering, or unauthorized installation.
  • Subscription or recharge-based services.
  • Clearance sale items (unless damaged).

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at +91 7042709947 or through our Contact Page within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide:
    • Order ID
    • Description of issue
    • Photos or video of the product (in case of defect/damage)
  3. Once approved, you will be guided through the return shipping process.

📦 Please ensure the product is securely packed with original accessories, invoice, and packaging.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank transfer).
  • In some cases, a replacement or store credit may be offered instead of a full refund.

5. Replacement Policy

We offer free replacements for:

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) units
  • Manufacturing defects reported within 7 days
  • Incorrect items sent

Replacements are shipped after verifying the returned product.

6. Shipping Charges on Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged unit), we cover return shipping.
  • If the return is due to customer change of mind, return shipping must be borne by the customer.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, orders are subject to the return policy above.
